This Privacy Policy explains what information Postpari collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Postpari you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Connected social accounts — when you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, our posting provider (Post for Me) stores the authorization needed to publish on your behalf. We store the account's id, handle and avatar, never your platform passwords.
  • Your content — videos, images and captions you upload or that we mirror, stored temporarily to publish and (for imports) to drip out over time.
  • Usage & analytics — basic visit events and the public performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) of posts on your connected accounts.
  • Billing — payments are processed by Stripe; we store your plan, status and a Stripe customer id, not your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run the service: publish and mirror your posts, schedule content, copy old posts, show analytics, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve Postpari.

3. Service providers we share with

We share only what's necessary with the providers that power Postpari: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Post for Me (publishing & platform connections), Apify (fetching posts from public profiles), Cloudflare (hosting, database and media storage), and our AI provider (Anthropic) to power support and content tools. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Uploaded and imported media is removed after it has been published or, for queued imports, within a few days of your subscription ending. We may keep minimal records (such as which posts were already published) to avoid duplicates and for legal/accounting purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember referral links. We don't use them for third-party advertising.

6. Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure and providers and take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can access or update your profile from your account settings, disconnect any social account at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data.

8. Children

Postpari is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
