Terms of Use

Welcome to Postpari. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Postpari helps you publish and automatically mirror short videos across your connected social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube), schedule posts in advance, copy your existing posts, and view performance analytics. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Postpari.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; a payment method is collected up front and your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Annual plans are billed once per year and save 40% versus the monthly rate. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and automated posting takes effect immediately.

4. Fair Use Policy

To keep the service fast and sustainable for everyone, automated mirroring is subject to the following fair-use limits. These are applied per source account (master) and are independent of how many destination accounts you connect to it:

• Starter — up to 3 mirrored posts per day, per source. Auto-posts within 60 minutes.
• Growth — up to 5 mirrored posts per day, per source. Auto-posts within 30 minutes.
• Pro — up to 10 mirrored posts per day, per source. Auto-posts within 5 minutes.
• Enterprise — up to Unlimited mirrored posts per day, per source. Instant auto-posting.

Additional fair-use rules:

• Copy old content (backfill) drips out exactly one older post per day per flow and is not adjustable.
• We request at most the most recent posts from a source on each check, and we re-check sources on a schedule that varies by plan and platform.
• We may temporarily throttle, queue, or suspend automation that is abusive, places excessive load on third-party platforms, or attempts to circumvent these limits.

5. Your content & acceptable use

You are responsible for everything you publish through Postpari. You represent that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to publish and re-publish, the content you post — including any content copied from a public account you do not own. You must not use Postpari to infringe copyright or other rights, post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or violate the terms of any connected platform.

The “copy a public account” feature (available on higher plans) is provided for legitimate, authorized re-posting only. You alone are responsible for ensuring you have the right to re-publish that content and for complying with the source platform’s rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Postpari relies on the APIs and infrastructure of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our posting/media providers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. They may change, limit, or interrupt their services at any time, which can affect posting, syncing, or analytics. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your accounts arising from your use of automation or re-posting.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postpari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
